The first day of my first doctoral class

The first day of my first doctoral class, my senior adviser in his office called me later and said, "must start getting articles submitted." I thought, 'I did not graduate in four years (he turned 6, by the way), so why should begin thinking about being published so early in my program'? Little did I know that the portion of article writing is the fastest part? The submission, acceptance and publication are portion of the slower (by far)
If you are up against the deadline of occupation, may have a question like this:
I know this is field and specific journal, but really appreciate your advice about ways to "accelerate" the process of acceptance / rejection (eg, finding out the history of the newspaper, etc.).. I know that much of this is simply out of the hands / local author's control, but if there are strategies for doing something that is within the domain of authority, I really appreciate learning about it from you.
There is no magical means of reducing the process of writing help submission, acceptance, and publication down to a few weeks (or even a few months), but there are ways fairing much as possible in the world of academic publishing.
1. Have everything exactly as the editor of the newspaper has asked. Take care of the entire specific requested. Each day the editorial team that is so specific in how it handles the process you quickly learn there is no template to follow. 2. Sometimes you think a newspaper has had its material enough (given what they said about the time of review), it is acceptable to call or email to check on the status. Sometimes this helps the writer get it to start moving or contacting the critics to get their reviews turned on. In my years of writing as a faculty member, I made sure not to disturb, but "I asked." Many times, helped get the process restarted after he had been stopped. 3. When something is accepted with revisions, get busy and get it re-introduced as quickly as possible so that the editor or the employee does not have forgotten your item. Get your item back to the newspaper reviewed in a timely manner (allow only one way FAST) is appreciated by the editorial team. It's so rare that you can excel in one or more members of the team's mind and can also be used later in his career. 4. If an item is totally rejected, always has another day in which you have focused mentally. Take critical comments, review by, and then return the item out the door very quickly. An article that "rests" on your computer does not help at assignment writing, coursework writing, thesis writing and dissertation writing all.
You cannot hurry the process but it can prevent unnecessary delays on the advice (learned from experience that it was sometimes easy and sometimes. .. Not) that I have shared in this article.
